To ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient cleaning process, we ask for just a few simple preparations before we arrive. Because this is an entirely outdoor service, you do not need to be home while we work, provided we have clear access to the property. We kindly ask that you ensure all gates are unlocked, outdoor water spigots are accessible, and any screens you want removed are taken out ahead of time. Please also clear any patio furniture, potted plants, or decorations away from the immediate perimeter of your home so our team has a clear, safe space to set up our ladders and equipment.
